HAT: Here and there international residency and exhibition

The HAT Project (Here and There) -- Australia/UK shows the work of 17 jewellers ( eight from Australia and nine from the UK) who took part in a three-month international exchange project, 'Here and There' (HAT), in 2003.  The exhibition itself looks at the issues, concerns and design trends of contemporary jewellery making in Australia and the UK.

As International Tour Manager at Craft South, Pryor managed the Australian artists, developed the tour itinerary and designed and toured the exhibition to four Australian venues: JamFactory (ADL), Monash University Gallery (VIC), Object (NSW) and Artisan (QLD).

Among the artists featured are Julie Blyfield, Cynthia Cousens, Marian Hosking Christian Hall, Alina Jay, Sheridan Kennedy, Ashi Marwaha, Vicki Mason, Junko Mori, Claire Norcross, Mah Rana, Liz Rattigan, Vaneeta Seecharran, Marcus Steel, Catherine Truman, Mark Vaarwerk, and Annabet Wyndham.

The HAT project was a joint initiative of the Australia Council for the Arts and the Arts Council of England.
