Shadow as Witness extends an ongoing investigation into how place holds memory and meaning. Through textural and tactile gestures, the tablet-like forms hold non-linear traces of place, people, and memory. Abstract and layered, the work unfolds as an expressive field in which each gesture and mark becomes an experiment in temporality, material presence, and the threads linking past and present.
